The boys waited for 45 minutes to get these awesome dragon tattoos.
It was a gorgeous day and fun to watch the thousands of kites in the air.
We got to hang with the Skaggs for about 30 minutes before they left, and Samuel graciously shared his cotton candy with the Blue boys.
